The Village of Marcellus Downtown Development Authority (DDA) was established to help the Village of Marcellus correct and prevent deterioration in the downtown business district, to encourage historic preservation, create and implement development plans for the district and promote the economic growth of the district with it’s primary goal being the promotion of and preservation of the economic health and stability of the Village.
The DDA works to improve the design and appearance of the downtown district, foster collaboration and promote the district, enhance our public spaces and sustainability, promote our businesses and economic development in the Village, to protect existing and expanding housing options in the downtown district.

The DDA Board meetings are held on the first Monday of each month in the Village Hall at 5:45 p.m.
If you are interested in serving on the DDA Board and meet the requirements as outlined in Section 125.4204 of PA 57 of 2018, please fill out and return a Village of Marcellus Board or Commission Application and return it to the Marcellus DDA, PO Box 751, Marcellus, MI 49067 or to the Marcellus Village President, P.O. Box 429, Marcellus, MI 49067. You may also drop your application off at the Marcellus Village Hall, located at 177 E Main Street.
