Spring Clean-up Passes for Marcellus Village & Township residents to bring extra garbage to the Westside Landfill are now available. Village Residents were mailed this FREE Pass with their March Utility bill and Township residents can pick them up at Village Hall, 177 E Main Street during business hours. The Dump Pass is good for one full sized pick-up load between April 15th through June 15, 2021. The Westside Landfill is located at 14094 M-60 in Three Rivers and is open Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and Saturday from 7:30 am to 12:00 noon. Waste EXCLUDED with this FREE Landfill Pass include: paint, oil, yard waste, refrigerators, air conditioners, freezers, dehumidifiers, tractor tires, beverage containers, computers, monitors as well as commercial or business related disposal.
