Site Plan Review Application

Site Plan Review Application Procedures are found in Section 20.04 (b) (page 60) of the Village of Marcellus Zoning Ordinance.

Before applying for a Site Plan Review, owners and developers may want to take advantage of the Village’s Optional Sketch Plan Review before submitting site and development plans for a Site Plan Review. This option allows developers to be informed regarding conformity and acceptability of their proposed plans, BEFORE incurring design, engineering and other costs associated with preparing a final site plan submission While these discussions are A preliminary sketch may be submitted to the Planning Commission for preliminary review and discussion and any views expressed at that time are not to be construed as an approval binding on the Planning Commission.  See Article 20, Site Plan Review, in the Village’s Zoning Ordinance for more minimum requirements for sketch plan reviews, application procedure and other information regarding Site Plan Reviews.
