PUBLIC NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING

The Village of Marcellus Council will hold a public hearing to consider the 2022 proposed budgets for the Village General Fund and Other Special Funds on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. at the Marcellus Village Hall, 177 East Main Street, Marcellus, Michigan 49067. The proposed budgets are available for public inspection at the Marcellus Village Hall during regular office hours. Public comments, either oral or written are welcome at the Public Hearing.

Statement as required by Act 43 of 1963 (2nd Ex. Sess.), MCL 141.412, sec. 2. “The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing.”
